14 I am a member of [[the Bayesian statistics>>url:http://www.helsinki.fi/bsg/||shape="rect"]] group and [[the Biomathematics group>>url:http://mathstat.helsinki.fi/research/biomath/||shape="rect"]]  in the University of Helsinki. For my PhD, I've been working on statistical methods for studying ecological dynamics and interactions in bacterial populations. In general, I am very interested in statistical methods, inference and modelling, epidemiology and evolutionary epidemiology and also the problems and methods in bioinformatics.
