Create a VM to connect to Ida

It turns out the server we previously used for connecting to Ida with icommands has become impossible to connect to LMU network disks. Instead of building a new server, we provide you here with instructions for creating a virtual machine on your own computer. This server comes preinstalled with icommands and scripts for easily connecting to the LMU Netapp disk.
