I am a member of the Bayesian statistics group and the Biomathematics group. For my PhD, I've been working on statistical methods for studying ecological dynamics and interactions in bacterial populations. In general, I am very interested in statistical methods, inference and modelling, epidemiology and evolutionary epidemiology and also the problems and methods in bioinformatics.
