SVI Huygens modules available on BIU workstations:
Huygens Professional
Deconvolution of widefield, laser-scanning confocal, spinning disc confocal, multiphoton, Zeiss AiryScan, and light sheet microscope images. Single images or batch processing of multiple images with same imaging settings.
Before deconvolving your images remember to check that your image metadata has been read correctly!
