Registration Information

Participation in the workshop is by official invitation only!

🧾Fees

Early Bird rates apply until April 30, 2026!

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in a high-level scientific programme on cutting-edge topics in official statistics, including survey design, data integration and processing, data fusion, and small-area estimation
• Access to workshop materials and abstracts

• Opportunities to get to know Riga’s cultural and architectural heritage through collective experiences

• On‑site catering

✅ Step 1: Online registration

Please register your participation by opening, filling in and submitting the online registration form here. 

✅ Step 2: Payment of registration fee

After your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation message containing the bank account details for payment.You are welcome to make the transfer later, as long as it is completed before the fee deadline.

✅ Step 3: Abstract Submission

You can submit your abstract through the same website used for registration. After completing your registration, simply return to your submission and upload your abstract directly in the system. You can also submit your abstract to bnu2026@csp.gov.lv.You can find the abstract templates here. 

• Early Bird Registration Deadline: 30 April 2026
• Registration Deadline: 1 June 2026
• Abstract Submission Period: From registration through 15 June 2026
• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: Within two weeks of registration and no later than 1 July 2026

Cancellation policy

Substitutions are accepted at any time, provided that BNU 2026 organizing committee is informed of the change.

All cancellations or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to: bnu2026@lu.lv.
