Lectures

Weeks 3-8 and 11-17, Monday 12-14 in room D123, Wednesday 14-16 in room B120, Thursday 11-12 in room B120. Two hours of exercise classes per week.

NOTE: On Thursday, April 14, the lectures start at 10. There is no lecture on Thursday, April 28.

Easter holiday 21.-27.4.

Examinations

The exams take place in Exactum, in the large lecture halls A111 and B123.
 Please check the lists posted on the doors on the exam day to choose the right hall.
 Note that unlike lectures and exercises, exams start at the hour (e.g., 12:00 rather than 12:15).

• 1. exam 2011-03-04 13:00-15:00, covers exercises 1-5 and lecture notes 1-13.
• 2. exam 2011-05-06 13:00-15:00

To pass the course, you have to get at least 6 points in each exam, as well as a sufficient total score from the exams and the exercises. The exact limit depends on the results, but is usually slightly below half of the maximum.

If you cannot attend an exam due to an illness or another documented acceptable cause, please contact the lecturer.

If you fail the half-term exams, choose not to attend them, or are not satisfied with your grade, you may take a full-term exam later.
