N.B. Lectures on Monday (April 12), Tuesday (April 13), Thursday (April 15) and Friday (April 16) will br from 8 to 10 a.m. The computer class on each of these day will follow from 10 a.m until noon. The schedule on Wednesday (April 14) is as before (lectures 9-11, computer class 11 - 1 p.m.).

Prerequisites

Basic probability calculus; Familiarity with statistical inference; Programming skills, in particular basic knowledge of R.

Lectures

The lectures run from March 29 to April 10, with the Easter break in between. The lectures (9 a.m. - 11 a.m.) and computer classes (11 a.m. - 1 p.m.) will be given on each of the 10 lecturing days, except on Fridays on which there are only lectures.
