Use an orange vest.

Make yourself a nametag and wear it.

If you are unable to do your shift, contact other instructors and ask them to cover for you. (mtl-ratkomo@helsinki.fi).

If you are taken ill, contact kumpula-student@helsinki.fi.

If your shift is very quiet or very busy every week, report this via the mailing list (mtl-ratkomo@helsinki.fi). In this case, it might be a good idea to change the timetable.

If the markers don’t work, bin them. Go and get more from the office supply room.
