Sentences should not be complicated or long. The same is true of chapters. Do not construe never-ending chapters or blocks of sentences. During negotiations, readers must be able to refer to parts of the text with ease. Use numbering or lettering to chop chapters and paragraphs into easily digestable parts.
As with sentences, chapters and paragraphs, the agreement in total should not be too long. No page limit can be set but if the text of the agreement exceeds 6 pages, make sure that all parts are relevant and necessary.
