Confocal scanner
Four SilVIR detectors for fluorescence. These detectors measure the absolute signal, and the system is calibrated to maintain consistent laser power levels, allowing quantification of the fluorescent signal assuming all other conditions (sample preparation, depth of signal within the sample, imaging settings) remain the same.
