Custom tools

We can write scripts for CellProfiler as well as build custom tools with Matlab if the existing tools are not sufficient.  However as per out policy these services do not fall in our scope of services by default.  With smaller projects that do not take a lot of time we can usually provide some custom service for free but any larger project will be subject to our policy and will require the group to either pay for the service or do a scientific collaboration with us.
