FLEX-EPOS Steering Group

The FLEX-EPOS Steering Group (SG) is to manage and supervise the FLEX-EPOS project.

Each consortium Party has one representative and one substitute representative in the Steering Group. The representatives and their substitutes, respectively, are

• University of Helsinki, professor Gregor Hillers and research director Timo Tiira
• Geological Survey of Finland, Tuija Luhta and geophysicist Elina Koskela
• University of Oulu, professor Eija Tanskanen and professor Elena Kozlovskaya
• University of Turku, docent Joni Mäkinen
• Aalto University, professor Jussi Leveinen and professor Weiwei Lin
• National Land Survey, Finnish Geospatial Research Institute, research manager Jyri Näränen and director Hannu Koivula
• VTT Technical Research Center of Finland, senior scientist Thomas Fordell and senior scientist Anders Wallin

The chair of the Steering Group is professor Ilmo Kukkonen and the secretary is the FIN-EPOS coordinator Päivi Haapanala.
