Registration Information

Participant Invitation & Registration

Participants are invited by the organisers.

Registration is required for all participants, including accompanying persons and members of the

Lithuanian Statistical Society (LSS) and the Lithuanian Mathematical Society (LMD), for both in-person and online (virtual) attendance.

Registration Fees

In-Person Participation

📌 Regular participant: 300 € (early bird) | 350 € (standard)
🎓 Student: 200 €
👥 Accompanying person (incl. social programme): 150 €
🇺🇦 Participant from Ukraine: 150 € (early bird) | 170 € (standard)

Online Participation

💻 Registration fee: 20 €

📅 Important Dates:
🔹 Early bird registration deadline: April 30, 2025
🔹 Extended registration deadline: June 1, 2025

How to Register

Step 1: Online Registration

📝 Please register your participation by filling out and submitting the online registration form.

Before registering, check the applicable registration fee. After submitting the form, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Payment of Registration Fee

📑 Invoice Request: If you need an invoice, please indicate this in the registration form (Do you require an invoice for the registration fee? Yes/No).

Cancellation Policy

🔹 Cancellations made by 10 August: 100% refund
🔹 Cancellations after 10 August: No refund available
