Travel to Tartu

Venue
Delta Building, University of Tartu, Narva Street 18
Both accommodation places are close to the Bus Station. See the map. Both places are also close to the venue – Delta Centre. The nice walking path goes through the riverside park, and is 1km long for Dorpat and 700 m for Raatuse. Registration desk at venue lobby is open on August 22 16:00-19:30. The main door to the lobby is on the corner of the building, near bridge. The city walk starts from the registration place 17:00, and the Welcome Party is in Café of Delta Centre facing river.
Registration desk is also open next day 8:00-9:00. Lectures start 9:00 in lecture hall 1021 (can be easily found from the lobby). Due to high submission of contributed lectures, we created parallel sessions in room 1007 (see programme). Computer training is in class 2004 (see programme).
Guided tour: ERM -- The Estonian National Museum
On August 24, there will be a guided tour in the Estonian National Museum ERM. Everyone is supposed to reach the meeting point ERM lobby at 16:45. The possibilities are
• City bus No. 7 from stop Vene 16:35. Ticket 2 eur from driver or sweeping bank card at scanner 1.50 eur (in case your card has sweeping function). Kaja Sõstra will organize this group after coffee break 16:15.
• Taxi (about 5-6 eur). Maarika Traat is ordering for interested groups after coffee break 16:15.
• Walking 2 km. Roosi str takes you strait to ERM. Look the map below or VIEW IN GOOGLE MAPS
Farewell party
On August 25, there will be Farewell party. The restaurant wants to know everyone’s choice of the main dish – fish or pork (or vegetarian). You are asked to specify this at registration.
Accommodation
Organizers have pre-booked rooms in the Hotel Dorpat and Dormitory Raatuse. If participant chooses Dorpat or Raatuse in the registration form, then further reservation steps with these places are made by organizers. Participant does not have need to make direct contact with chosen place. Payment, however, is left for participants. Please indicate your name at check-in and that the room was booked by Mare Vähi. In Dormitory, ringing of the doorbell might be needed. Payment is done by yourself, if not agreed differently.
Hotel price includes breakfast, dormitory does not serve breakfast but it has facilities for preparing.
