Type and prerequisites
Advanced studies.
Some understanding on probabilistics and stochastics is useful.
This course is tailored for MBI (Bioinformatics Master Programme) but applicable to all other students as well.
MBI-students can take this course for major subject studies in bioinformatics or minor subject studies in biosciences.
Lectures
Period II, Tuesday 14-18 in computer class C128.
Home-exercises in student groups (~3-6 students / group), or alone.
Exams
There is no exam. Grading is based on home-exercises and an essay based on literature.
