Annotations can be made for data in laji.fi, including for observations coming from Kotka. More information and instructions on quality control in lajji.fi (in Finnish): https://laji.fi/about/772 and https://laji.fi/about/3806
Annotations are not coming from laji.fi to Kotka yet, but this kind of feature is being planned to implement at some point, when enough experience on the annotation system has been gathered.
