Known issues and possible solutions:

Sample not visible through oculars

Symptom: No fluorescent nor bright field light via oculars.

Cause: When switching from detectors to oculars, the light path does not turn correctly every time.

Solution: On the touch panel, (1) select the Objective tab and (2) switch Port to "Eyepieces 100 %"

Frequency: Has happened about 5 times (by 23.8.2019). Seems to be happening more and more often.

SOLVED: pieces of coverslip glass and other dirt cleaned from inside the microscope!
