SMEAR II Data - Photosynthesis

This folder contains both raw chamber data and processed fluxes from the automated chamber setup. Data from the new closed soil chambers is located in Toheli.

The processed fluxes and environmental driving factors measured alongside the gas exchange, i.e. temperature inside the chamber, ambient temperature, PAR, UV radiation and atmospheric pressure. Also the system variables (sample flows, pressure drop in the sample lines) that are required for calculating gas exchange can be found in the same files.
