SMEAR II Data

Many measured variables are processed and stored automatically daily and updated manually afterwards in the database. Data stored in the SMEAR database can be accessed with web user interface that was taken into use in December 2013 and migrated to new address in January 2021.
In the new database the data are classified as processing class 1 (online processed data) or class 2 (quality-checked data with up-to-date calibration corrections etc.). Some variables in the database have no indication of whether they are uncorrected and uncalibrated automatically stored data or manually inserted quality-checked and calibrated data.
Data submitted to different international databases are archived on the file servers (e.g. on smear group disk, directory /h527/smear/hyytiala/Database_EU).
