CO2, CH4, N2O fluxes are measured from the to-be-burnt and the to-be-left-unburned side of the clearcut, and from the similar adjacent stand to-be-left-untreated periodically in every two weeks. Measurements started at the 15th of May 2008 and are done manually with movable chambers placed on the fitted collars (total of 60 collars). The soil moisture and soil temperature are measured automatically every 30 min between the collars

CO2 flux is measured also hourly with 1 automatic chamber that is placed in the to-be-burnt side of the to be clear cut are next to the fitted chambers. This measurement started 30.5.2008.
