Automatic Temperature and Moisture Measurements on PB

Automatic soil temperature and soil moisture measurements were started at 03.06.08.There is a Delta datalogger that collects data in every 30 min from the 5 thermo couples in the to-be-burned side of the coming clear cut, and 4 TCs in the to-be-left-unburned side. In addition there is 3 ThetaProbe soil moisture sensors in the to-be-burned side, and 1 ThetaProbe and 2 Echo soil moisture sensors in the to-be-left-unburned side. In the to-be-left-unburned control stand there are 7 i-Button logging temperature sensors. More detailed documentation of the measurements can be found from the attached , relations and map of the whole experimet area.
