09:40 Heater temp 540 and decreasing all the time. Problems has probably
started couple of hours ago. All the flows are ok.
Filament1 was broken (no light in the circle window). After Heikki's telephone consultation
filament2 is been used.
Air conditioner is set to cool the room to 22 degrees. Before it was heating the room to
27 degrees. HM

18:07 Shut down to replace pump nr 6.
Replaced pump and checked that the chopper wasn't really spinning when in "bad mode".
Letting pump down over night.

9:00 Everything looked ok, except that when doing m/z calibration, no difference between open and closed.
Also the sound of changing open->closed had changed. So I opened it again and checked that the servo
seemed to be working.
9:40 Now pumping down again.
9:53 Heater and filament on.
11:50 Voltages back on. Suddenly realized that the servo hadn't been the problem, but just me being stupid and testing with the inlet closed!!!
12:23 m/z calibration, and tuning ready. Back to measuring.
He flow now at 4.5 mLPM.

Seems like there was no data files produced after the data backup in the morning.
Only after stop and start of filter measurements did system start saving again.

Medium DMA, sheath flow 10 LPM, V = 870V = 100 nm, CPC = 660 cm-3.
2198, changed save time from 5min to 1 min. Also slightly smaller particles.
2199, V=1250V = 110nm, CPC = 400
2205-2227 Made stronger solution. V=6600V = 350nm. Conc fluctuating a lot, but is luckily saved.
2231, Switch to AN., Still at 350 nm. Switching concentrations.
12:58 2306, back to ambient. Saving time was still on 60s.

10:30 Noticed that servo had probably broken. Also the MFC was not working, possibly due to power failure on Monday morning
Backed up the data. Turned off He.
Will tell someone to go and close the inlet valve. Since servo is stuck in open,
it may be possible to calibrate before shutting down.
Pump data had not been saved since 23.5
