Usage of services, such as microscope reservations or selling of products generate charges.
The charge is calculated
- for microscope reservations as the length of microscope reservation multiplied by the hour price
- for products as product price multiplied by the product quantity.
The price lists are defined under Admin → Billing → Price list section and can be configured for various price types (Admin → Billing → Price types) for fine tuning of each specific project
Important note!
Under some configurations the selling of products does not generate the charge automatically. This can be fixed by Automatic sending of Products to charges
