ONI Nanoimager is a dSTORM, PALM, single-particle tracking, TIRF, HILO and smFRET microscope.
Lasers

Camera
sCmos camera with field of view 50µm x 80µm.
Objective
100x 1.49 NA oil

20/20/10 mm XYZ travel range, closed-loop piezo stage with 1 nm encoder resolution
Considerations
The image is split on the camera chip so that the far red is always on the 'right' side while the other color (blue, green or red) is projected on the 'left' side. This means that if you need to imagine two channels simultaneously one of them has to be the far red channel.
