Configuring a desktop program such as Thunderbird or Evolution as your main email client can be a bit tricky, and we cannot guarantee that they work. Since the University of Helsinki's email services rely on various services provided by Microsoft, any update, change in infrastructure etc. can break the email clients, and their configuration without warning. You can configure a third party email client, but the Cubbli-team will probably be unable to help you in case issues appear.

Microsoft's M365 programs, such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. should work with no issues on a Cubbli-computer. The preferred way to use the is via online, or by using them as PWA-applications.
