TANK OPENING REPORTS

Have a clear idea why you need to enter the tank?

• Something broken and need to be repaired?
• Can the service be postponed without risks of further damage?
• Run out of stripper gas?
• A scheduled tank opening in order to keep the machine in good shape.
• You have a brilliant idea that will dramatically improve the performance of the tandem?

Make preparations for the tank opening

• Replace the following text with whatever is relevant for the process
• Check that you have the required service parts or be prepared to order them
• Have you tested the parts that you plan to install that they will stand the harsh environment (vacuum to 17 bar, sparks, radiation)?

Regenerate the insulating gas absorption dryer

• Skip this step in case you are absolutely sure that the molecular sieve material is still dry.
• Otherwise check there is enough LN₂ in the tank outside.
• Proceed according to the guidelines given elsewhere.
