Abstract: The topic of the talk is Makarov's law of the iterated
logarithm and metrical properties of harmonic measure. We are going to
explain  how the integral means spectrum near the origin is   related
to the Makarov law of the iterated logarithm. Also we are going to
discuss the relations between the asymptotic variance, boundary
behaviour of conformal mappings  and asymptotical behaviour of the
integral means spectrum near the origin.
