Follow these steps to make a backup of your course area in Moodle:
1. Click on "Backup" in the Administration block.
2. Change the value of the "Metacourse" field to "No".
3. Click "Continue".
4. Click "Continue".
5. The backup is now finished. The backup package is located in the course files under the backupdata folder, should you wish to copy it to your local computer.
Please note that you cannot restore backups by yourself. If you need a backup to be restored, contact the Moodle administrators at atk-oppimisymparistot <at> helsinki.fi.
