Resources in general

Resources are every type of bookable equipment or services to use. This can be a scheduled, an add-on, an application, a service or an event. Every resource belongs to a provider and is only visible if the user has either access to the provider or the resource itself. 

Abilities as resource admin

• Administer the visibility and access of the resource
• Administer the users of the resource
• Set whether training, operators or request are necessary in order to use the resource
• Set hours and working days of the resource
• Determine operators for your resource and state whether using them is mandatory or optional
