Providers in general

Providers are required to create resources. But when you create a provider it is not visible to anyone until you grant them access.

Abilities as provider admin

• Create a new provider
• Edit the providers you are admin of
• Administer visibility and access to the provider you are admin of
• Add a new resource to your provider
• Administer all resources of your provider like a Resource admin
