Introduction

The group has started at the Institute of Biotechnology in September, 2011.

The group's research interests are in evolutionary sequence analysis, both the development of advanced analysis methods and their application to biological questions of special importance. Current topics include phylogenetic sequence alignment and homology inference for evolutionary analyses, and the development of methods for comparative analysis of high-throughput sequencing data.
