International Information Literacy Cooperation

The Council for Finnish University Libraries has nominated the following International Information Literacy Contact Persons in Finland for the next two years for expanding international cooperation between Finnish and British information literacy specialists.

A Contact Person promotes information literacy work in Finland as well as internationally. Her duties particularly include cooperation and exchanging information with the British CSG Information Literacy Group (CILIP).

In addition, the Contact Person will contribute an information literacy related newsletter or article semi-annually. The newsletter  will be published on the Finnish Information Literacy network -website
(http://www.helsinki.fi/infolukutaito/english/index.htm).

Participants

  • Contact persons in Finland and in Britain

Topics for discussions

We are looking forward to exchanging ideas and experiences with our British IL colleagues.
In every child page there are some links and thoughts to provoke discussion.
If necessary, you can complete the list of topics with your IL concerns.
Hopefully we'll create together new ideas which will benefit us all.

Tällä alueella oli liikaa oikeuksia anonyymeille, ja se imi roskaa. Anonyymeille saa (valitettavasti) antaa kommentointioikeuden, mutta ei missään tapauksessa enempää.
