| Käyttäjät | Aineistoa saavat käyttää sopimukseen osallistuvan organisaation opiskelijat, tutkijat, henkilökunta (ml. eläkkeelle jääneet tutkijat ja henkilökunta) sekä kirjaston paikallisasiakkaat. |
| Sallittu käyttö | Mitä saa tehdä: - aineistoa saa käyttää tutkimus-, opetus- ja opiskelutarkoitukseen sekä yksityisiin tarkoituksiin - Aineistoa saa selailla ja siitä saa tehdä tiedonhakuja sekä tulostaa paperille tai tallentaa sähköisesti osia aineistosta sekä luovuttaa toisille auktorisoiduille käyttäjille ja paikalliskäyttäjille osia aineistosta sähköisesti tai muulla tavoin. - ottaa kohtuullinen määrä valokopioita tulostetusta aineiston osasta - esitellä julkisesti osia aineistosta osana esitystä opetuksessa, seminaarissa, konferenssissa, workshopissa tms. - Aineistosta saa luovuttaa satunnaisesti yksittäisiä osia muille kuin sopimukseen piiriin kuuluville käyttäjille tieteellisen kommunikoinnin nimissä sähköisesti tai muulla tavoin. Konsortion jäsenet saavat: - käyttää aineistoon sisältyviä tavaramerkkejä, logoja ja www-näkymiä (myös Konsortion jäsenen julkisilla verkkosivuilla) käyttäjien koulutuksessa ja sisäisessä markkinoinnissa. - muodostaa linkkejä aineistoon omilta www-sivuiltaan |
| Kielletty käyttö | Aineistoa ei saa käyttää kaupallisiin tarkoituksiin eikä kaupallisiin jälleenmyyntitarkoituksiin. Kaupallisen tarkoituksen piiriin ei lueta kuuluvaksi kopiointi tms. kulujen periminen auktorisoiduilta tai paikalliskäyttäjiltä, kaukopalvelukulujen periminen, aineiston käyttäminen kaupallisen toimijan rahoittaman tutkimuksen tekemiseen eikä aineiston käyttäminen maksullisissa koulutusohjelmissa (esim. Master of Business Administration, MBA). |
| Etäkäyttö | Konsortion jäsenellä on oikeus tarjota auktorisoiduille käyttäjilleen mahdollisuus etäkäyttöön. |

| Permitted use | The material may be used for the purposes of study, teaching and research. Authorized and walk-in users may - browse, search and retrieve the licensed material - print or electronically save parts of the material - distribute items of the licensed material in print or electronic form to other authorized users - distribute single copies of individual items of the licensed material in incidental and non-systematic manner in print or electronic form to colleagues whether authorised users or not, for the purposes of scientific research and communication. | Remote access | Authorized users (current students, members of faculty and staff) are allowed remote access to the licensed material by logging into the secure network of a consortium member organization. Walk-in users are not allowed remote access to the licensed material. |
