| Käyttäjät | Aineistoa saavat käyttää - auktorisoidut käyttäjät eli sopimukseen osallisen organisaation opiskelijat, tutkijat, henkilökunta - paikalliskäyttäjät eli asianomaisen organisaation kirjaston paikallisasiakkaat. |
| Sallittu käyttö | Teoksia saa käyttää tutkimus-, opetus- ja opiskelutarkoituksiin; ml. opiskelijatöiden ja presentaatioiden valmistelussa seuraavasti: - tallentaa ja tulostaa yksittäisiä kopioita, opetus, tutkimus tai opiskelutarkoituksessa - näyttää ruudulta opetuksessa - sisällyttää opetusta varten laadituille suljetuille verkkosivulle elektronisessa muodossa (pääsy tulee olla rajattu organisaation omiin opiskelijoihin) - vain auktorisoidut käyttäjät saavat modifioida (rajata, muuttaa väriä tms) teoksia. Modifioinnit tulee ilmoittaa lähdemerkinnässä. - aineistoa saa lisäksi käyttää siten, kuin US copyright law ja fair use muutoin sallivat' - kun sopimus lakkaa olemasta voimassa, tulee teosten kopiot poistaa kurssipaketeista, opetusmateriaalista ym. Kopioidussa, tulostetussa, näytetyssä, eistetyssä teoksessa tulee olla 1) tekijänoikeusmerkintä samoin esitettynä kuin palvelussa 2) minimidokumentaatio teoksesta (tekijä, nimi, päiväys, materiaali tai ilmaisumuoto, teoksen Camioon luovuttanut museo). | Kielletty käyttö | Kiellettyä on - käyttää aineistoa muuhun tarkoitukseen tai muulla tavalla kun edellä on esitetty ilman teoksen luovuttaneen tahon lupaa - teoksen julkaiseminen tai muu jakelu kaupallisiin tarkoituksiin tai liiketoimintaa liittyen - teoksen laittaminen verkkosivulle, johon on pääsy muilla kuin organisaation auktorisoiduilla käyttäjillä - palvelun tai sen sisällön edelleenmyyminen tai luovutttaminen - säilyttää teosta tai tarjota se saataville sopimuskauden päättymisen jälkeen organisaation sisäisten www-sivujen, kurssipakettien, opiskelumateriaalien tms. kautta . |

| Description | Art database, includes around 95 art images;photographs, paintings, sculpture, decorative and utilitarian objects, prints, drawings and watercolors, jewelry and costumes, textiles and architecture;plus audio, video and mixed media. |
| Authorised users | On-site or remote users, who are a subscribing institution's: - currently enrolled students - currently employed staff, faculty, and researchers; and - officially affiliated researchers Walk-in users accessing the service only through terminals that are physically located at a subscribing institution's site (no remote access). |
| Permitted use | Accessing and using works for educational purposes, including research, theses, presentations, student assignments, student and researcher portfolios. For the above purposes: - downloading, printing and storing single copies for information, instruction, research, or scholarship; - including works in educational Web sites if these sites are password-protected or otherwise restricted to users at a subscribing institution; - Authorized Users may modify works (cropping, manipulating color, and other actions that change the nature of the work) if such change is indicated in the credit line; - public display or public performance in a classroom, university museum, gallery or similar and - other uses covered by the US copyright laws on fair use; - provided that any work (or part of a work) that is printed and/or copied, displayed or performed shall include appropriate credit lines, which include any copyright notice and minimum identification data provided for each work in the service (the creator, title, date, medium if provided, and contributing museum) as well as "CAMIO. © OCLC." |
| Prohibited use | Any uses not specifically mentioned above are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the contributor(s). - No work may be incorporated into a Web site that is accessible to anyone other than Authorized users. - No works may be published or otherwise distributed for any commercial or business-related purpose. - Neither CAMIO nor its contents may be resold or transferred. - Works may not be stored or made accessible (including but not limited to their inclusion in internal Web sites, course reserves, and classroom material) following expiration of the term of the subscribing institution's license. |
| Remote access | Authorised users who have been given passwords to subscribing institution's secure network are allowed remote access to the Licensed Works by logging into the secure network. |
